At Venum, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original, unused condition with tags attached. We want to ensure you have the perfect equipment for your training, so we have made our return process as straightforward as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and hangtags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
